DEVELOPER HELP PLEASE!!!!

***paid for sync renewal but app still asks for payment***
Wrote twice from app support page in November 2014, but no response :(

My daughter is autistic (nonverbal) & Type 1 diabetic and with this program I can moniter her diabetes from a distance. The ability to sync between devices (a paid add-on) is a godsend! Unlimited devices I may add. The ability to e-mail the logbook to her doctor to discuss whats going on is in valuable.
Ive tried them ALL and this is simply the BEST app for the job.
