Forced to pay extra to back up your own data!

Still no response AFTER SEVERAL attempt to get them to fix the renew date on my subscription. Come on guys, I paid for a year, not 9 months. Obviously you just dont care about your long term clients.
Have to reset your phone because of an iTune or other issue? You loose everything here! Unless you pay extra to store your data on their cloud. Rip off! Greed!
Update 12-16-14: renewed the "subscription" for one year on Nov 12. Got notice that it extends only to Aug 14: anniversary of my original subscription a couple years ago! (that never synced right).
Have emailed their "support" twice over the last months requesting this be fixed with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE.
Again this is just wrong. Making me pay to save my data, then giving me 9 months when I paid for 12.
